Jymbag Listing Tip: Calendaring

The purpose for listing your services and experiences on jymbag is to increase bookings. Learn how to set up your calendar so you can have your customers pick their date and time. You also have the flexibility to set a specific date and time.

Set your Calendar Availability

Customers can book a specific time directly in jymbag if you set up the following:


While creating a listing, answer "who should choose a data and time for this listing?" by selecting "my customer"


Then go to the "My Bookings" and go to the "availability" button and enter your working hours.



Once you click on the "availability" button, this screen appears, enter your standard working hours. If there are exceptions to this schedule, then you will need to create an event on that day. You do that by double clicking on a particular day to input the information to block bookings on that day.



This allows those booking to set a time a place based on your availability. Once booked through jymbag, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to sync the booking into your calendar system.

Setting specific time and date

When you have a service or experience that needs to occur on a specific date and time, you need to do the following:


While creating a listing, answer "who should choose a data and time for this listing?" by selecting "me."


On the details tab, you will then be asked to select a date, time and the duration of the service or experience


Note: When you use this approach posting services, a new listing will need to be created for each date and time the service is being offered.
