Browsing on jymbag™ can be overwhelming. You may not have known there were so many different modalities, or how they can work for you. We recommend start by listening to your intuition. Here is what others have to say in how they make their choices.
I choose a service by what makes me say "ooh I want to try that" and then I select the practitioner by what they say in their profile. I sometimes get goosebumps, then I know I am on the right path.
I am more practical, I google the modality and look at the evidence, even if anecdotal, to determine if this might work for me. I want to have an expectation of what might happen before I choose.
I use a technique I learned from Greg Braden. You touch your hand to heart, slow your breathing and then ask your heart, "is this modality right for me?" The heart answers yes or no before I even finish the question.
